Press Connection Systems in Carbon Steel

Press fitting systems made of carbon steel have been specially developed for applications where stainless steel is not required. Our range of pressed steel and carbon steel products consists of pipes, fittings and installation materials. These systems are approved by various certified international organizations and tested for quality and reliability in applications such as heating, cooling, compressed air and fire protection.

The range of carbon steel tubes is available in three different configurations in accordance with UNI EN 10305-3:

Externally galvanized
Externally galvanized and polypropylene (1 mm thick) coated
Galvanized internally and externally at Sendzimir
The connections are made of unrestricted E195 steel and galvanized with a zinc layer. This provides additional protection against external corrosion. Equipped with an "M-shaped" profile toroidal chamber optimized by 20 years of research experience. Each connection is factory assembled with an EPDM O-ring with a patented profile during the manufacturing process.

The pipes and connections are available in various sizes from Ø12 to 108 mm, thus offering suitable solutions for a wide range of applications. These systems ensure a reliable performance with durability and longevity.

Where is steel press / carbon steel used?
Products and services are developed to best solve different installation problems and problems, aiming at quality, security and speed.

Carbon steel is the best solution when the properties of stainless steel are not demanded and a cost-effective product is desired. The use of steel press/carbon steel is suitable for making civil and industrial plumbing and sanitation closed circuits for heating and cooling, wet fire sprinklers and compressed air installations. O-Rings can be used between -20 and +120°C, the minimum pressure is 16bar and also ensures quality and safety.
